These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of products from B&T Products Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders
2.1 Your order is an offer to purchase products from us.
2.2 We will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email.
2.3 All orders are subject to availability. If we cannot supply a product, we will notify you and provide a refund if payment has already been made.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include/exclude VAT as stated.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
3.3 Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are stated at checkout.
4.2 We will deliver to the address provided by you at the time of order.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products are delivered.
4.4 Title (ownership) passes to you only when payment is received in full.
5. Returns & Cancellations
5.1 Consumers (purchasing as individuals) have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving a reason.
5.2 To cancel, notify us in writing and return the goods unused and in their original packaging within 14 days.
5.3 Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
5.4 You are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
5.5 If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a replacement or full refund.
6. Warranty
Our products are supplied in accordance with their description and are warranted free from material defects. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or wear and tear.
7. Liability
7.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, arising from use of our products.
7.3 Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product(s).
8. Business Customers
If you purchase products on behalf of a business:
8.1 Consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
8.2 Liability is limited as stated above.
8.3 You confirm you have authority to bind the business you represent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
